Process optimization

During the process analysis, we use the "method of structured analysis" to coarse and fine concepts to master. This scientifically proven and tested in practice approach allows the definition of systems, interfaces, information flows and processes, taking into account the relevant organizational units. In addition to the detection of the actual situation (process analysis, interview rounds, possibly workshops) DEDO Consulting create a target concept on the basis of this information, each step of the modeling based on internationally recognized design and documentation techniques (UML) with commercially available is modeled and visualized tools. This target concept is discussed with decision makers of the departments and, if necessary, adjusted for its gradual implementation.

On the basis of a technical reference structure and its connection to the process model, the work result can then be used as the basis of blueprints and technical concepts and serves as a reference for detailed specifications on IT-system level.
