SOA Realization

With the decision to use a suitable middleware technology based on the selected SOA concept, a variety of activities and coordination of actions at different levels of decision are pending.
In order not to lose the thread and stay plugged in the schedule, it requires the use of a powerful project management system. A continuous, close coordination between the domain controller, the managers of the connected systems and the personnel responsible for implementation of the project team needed without losing the central theme of the entire program from the eyes.

During the implementation of the chosen scenarios to be supported by the SOA approach, of course, a clear understanding of the affected business processes is important. But there are also detailed, system-specific knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of the chosen middleware solution and detailed knowledge of the business logic and connectivity of connected IT systems essential. Farsighted process design and intelligent, rule-based routing and mapping of message flows are a basic requirement to control the data flow smoothly and to be able to react quickly and flexibly with necessary adaptations to changing business processes.

The roll-out of cross-system scenarios of business processes, a particularly high degree of coordination has to be applied. The main point is here with a cross-departmental, sensitive change management, the crucial steps in all affected organizations and all relevant technical systems temporally coordinated launch. Close cooperation between all sub-projects, intensive integration tests and a clear and timely roll-out plan is a must in order to be well prepared for the conversion of traditional business processes to new ways of working and communication technologies with no glitches and setbacks.
